Week in review: 26th of March - 2nd of April

Tula_Montage

It's Jager time!
Hey folks, I was pleased at the response to the first ever WIR on cs.com. I would like to point out any misunderstandings. Everything chosen to be compiled here is MY choice. This is not an official cs.com thing. I just thought it would be a great idea to post what I think are the highlights of the week. But by all means please send your suggestions to me via PM :) I already had a few this week.

This WIR is from Monday the 26th of March to Monday the 2nd of April.

Breeding and egg production is in full swing! Meg F had her first egg’s, Jeff Mohr has far too many pairs going at it… The funny thing is he’s still trying to sell those hatchling racks ,yet at the same time is having a big corn sale (apparently due to lack of space for when babies get here)… Duh Jeff, use your corn condo’s !!!

Lots of new additions to growing collections this week!

Dean got some rosy bloods
Barbra got a lovely jungle
Chris got a gorgeous pair of anery motleys
Jenn and Tim got a bunch o’ bloods
Waldo came home from a crap show with a florescent gem
Josua obviously had fun @ Houten last month and brought back some crackin' corns!
Joe acquired a lovely lav mot girl.
Brutude got his first corn!!
Onelifetolive got an awesome new group of stripes
And finally Brent got somewhere to PUT any new acquisitions (Jeff made me include this here)

This weeks corn porn!
Exciting/cutting edge cultivars on the horizon and some classic pairings.

Jeff Mohr has some amazing pairings this week! I couldn't’t fit every pair into one thread :p That wouldn't’t be fair on anyone else. So why not check all those others out yourself.

Please note, I will not post bad quality pictures. Blurry whatdoyoumacallits IMO don’t deserve to be in the spotlight.

I love, love, love this Tula! Keep up the GREAT work!

I sure will Steph! As long as theres no rowing over who wasn't picked to be in the WIR in some way or another :p

Excellent job on this week's WIR, Elle. I missed whatever thread Brent posted that pewter in, but I'm glad you brought him/her to my attention. It's very cool to see so many members' beautiful snakes all in one place. :)

It was called I <3 bloods or something. The pewter and a gorgeous blood were posted. I wish I could fit more pictures into it but 9 is the limit @ 500 wide. If I make them smaller they look awful :p

I did have more pictures chosen, but I don't want to go overboard with them!

Wooot, thanks for the post Tula....and of course the mention :)

Iv been checking the forum like every 5 mins for the entire day....don't think my boss was too happy at work ha ha.

Some awesome pics that i've missed throughout the week.

Oh and just wanted to say, i think the pic of 'Zepher the granite by Zwyatt' is awesome.

Your very welcome Jimmus. Zepher is a particularly good example of granite (at her age) IMO

Aww, shucks. I'm sure if a snake could blush, she'd be doing so right now. Thanks for the compliments :)

Great post Tula. One thing I was gonna mention last week and forgot was something about the new members of the week, but you beat me to the punch! Keep up the great WIR!

This is perfect; thanks Elle! Now I can continue squandering my first year of Contributing Membership doing too much other boring crap, show up once a week and find out the important stuff I'd been missing. Woot!

Don't forget to point out any Very Heated Topics (if our fledgling Moderators have let any slip through) when they come up. Missing those really makes me feel out of touch.

Seriously, this is a fine thing. I've been mourning the collapse of Debian Weekly News since it lost its author. This can be sort of a consolation to me.
