It just depends on where in Alabama he is and which route he will take. Hopefully he or someone else will chime in....ANYONE?
 
Here are our dinner options - Joe spoke to them today for us. Let me know what you think:

Proposal 1:
Unlimited Salad, Pizza and Pasta with Iced Tea and Sodas $11.99 per person plus tax.
To include house salad with house dressing(red wine vinaigrette), Assorted Deep Dish Pizzas, Fettuccine Alfredo and Penne Marinara

Proposal 2:
Unlimited Salad, Pizza, Signature Pastas, Iced Tea, Sodas and Dessert $15.99 per person plus tax
To include house salad with house dressing, Assorted Deep Dish Pizzas, Chicken Spinoccoli Pasta, Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Cookie and Brownie Tray

They also noted we might be able to tweak it a bit so I am wondering if maybe we can take the first option and add dessert? I don't think we need the "signature pastas" from the 2nd option. I think the fettucine and penne would be suficient....
 
I really like the fact that it is unlimited....
And they are right across the parking lot so the manager has promised we will never run out of food!
 
Pasta Alfredo would take care of what I need...I think #1 is plenty, though I wouldn't mind paying an extra buck or two for dessert...this will be so much better than last year!
 
Either dinner option is fine with me. I can do a shift at the USARK table if need be, too, somebody just let me know when & where.

Off to go buy a t-shirt or 3!
 
I hope to have actual black T-shirts with white lettering soon. Mindy is sending the design tonight. If you need that. Otherwise, the T-shirts with black or red lettering are ready.
 
Option #1 sounds perfect for me and the kids, if they are coming (still need to discuss it with hubby and them). I have some funds already stashed for Daytona so I can get money out whenever you're ready to start collecting...unless I do Carol's raffle, which is just awesome of her to do again!

That was my first thought - what does "unlimited" really mean, lol! But either option sounds wonderful to me! If we are voting, I would say #1 - with dessert - if they will do it. If they won't, we could go back to the idea of somebody donating door prizes of cookies and brownies for each table to win.

I don't like shrimp, and don't need signature pasta. BUT - if that is what everyone wanted, the small price difference would be fine with me, too.

It all sounds good to me - thanks for all of your research on this!
 
We don't need food, Taylor. If we get hungry, we can eat one of our 14 roomies...it would clear up beds too!

HOLY MOLY that's a great deal! :) I'd be happy with either one.
 
I will let this go on for more discussion for another day or so - but it looks like #1 is the most popular choice. I will see if we can find out what it would cost to throw dessert on there too.
 
Did this include servers as well? We will probably need to factor in some kind of gratuity also. With unlimited pizza, I'm sure I will have no room for dessert.

Any chance in heck to find out what a beer option would be? (No worries if you think this would be too much).
