I found the raffle tickets..... :dancer: (Thanks to Jeram!)

So is $15 our magic number?
 
Do these tickets have a space for customers to write their name and phone #? If not, we will have to use bigger tickets for anything we put on the US ARK table during the day.

I promised some Belgian chocolats (pralines) for the raffle . Where shall I drop them ? I was told Americans like more the brown and black chocolats , more than the white ones , is that correct ?

I think $15 should do it. It covers tax and tip and paypal fees.

The tickets Carol is referencing are the ones for her raffle to get the money together from everyone for dinner.

I am going to have to see if I can find raffle tickets that will have space for contact info.
 
We could always make up some special tickets just for the US ARK table items if we have to.

Butch - how is the sign coming along for the US ARK table raffle on Sat?

mvervest - DARK, DARK chocolate - yummy! The white stuff doesn't even taste like chocolate (to me), lol!

$15 to include everything sounds great to me!

Personally I love white chocolate. But any Belgian chocolate is good chocolate! (I know from experience!).
I would suggest dropping it off with Kathy.

Well, it worked last year. He dropped them off, and I didn't eat any until I won some at the raffle, lol! So I will practice GREAT RESTRAINT again this year if they are dropped off with me again! (Although, if they are DARK chocolate, it sure will be difficult - mmmmmmnnnnn...)

Is anyone still looking to share a hotel room? I really am trying to stay somewhat affordable..So is anyone maybe staying at a motel that maybe charges like 30 or 40 a night? Maybe we could go half..Let me know..I really need to share with someone or figure out something soon :( Thanks!
 
transportation?

I know it has been discussed about being picked up at
Airports, but...
My dilemma is a bit different.. being picked up at the
Train station in Deland..
We arrive about noon Fri 20th,
Deland Amtrak
2491 Old New York Avenue
Deland, FL 32720
a taxi is an option, but checking if anyone there
has another option..

I just couldn't bring myself to fly after all :nope:

Depends on where you are going and when I guess. I live in deland. Well right down the road from it. I am about 20mins from Amtrak station.
 
The "Shuttle" is available on Friday! :) So far, it looks like everyone else is coming in on Thursday.

I'll be at the Orlando airport at these times.
